Wildlife

If you love wildlife, Luchon is a great location for bird watching as numerous birds of prey fly over the mountains with deers, horses and cows roaming the hills. 

Extraordinary sights

Just a short drive, there is a fantastic walk through a mountain which takes you to this amazing lake, Lac D'oo is a lovely spot and a great day out for all on top of that it's free and a great place to take holiday snaps. 

Tour de France

The Tour de France often has Luchon on the route,  passing straight through the town outside our apartment again it is a lovely experience with a great chance to join in with the french atmosphere. 

Flower festival

The flower festival is an annual festival with is normally the last weekend of August, it is a three day party with flower displays, dancing, music and many talents. Our apartments allows free access to the festival as the festival goes on till early hours it can be noisy but good fun. The street closes and drinks flow.
